Basic Care
Basic Care is for customers who want a reactive roof maintenance program. You have the benefit of a single point of contact and a locked-in service rate, but you simply call us when you need us.
Preferred Care
Preferred Care is a proactive Roof Management Program designed for customers who are interested in maximizing their roofing investment by ensuring their roof lasts its design life and beyond, and minimizing costly roof emergencies. Additionally, this program offers the benefits of full roof asset management data to enable customers to accurately budget roof expenses and evaluate how to improve their roof's return on investment.
Annual Roof Inspection
Maintenance involves the physical inspection of an existing roofing system to determine its current condition, detect weaknesses and failures, and identify any potential problems. Regularly scheduled inspections allow our technicians to assist owners in protecting their roof investments by seeking to identify damage in its early stages. Also as part of the Springfield's Roof Management Program's annual inspection, light maintenance will be performed on each roof. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Re-attach any loose metal edge cover
- Clean drain grates
- Remove debris from roof
- Replace loose or missing calking
- Replace loose or dislodged shrouds and pipe covers
- Redistribute ballast that may have moved
- Clean blocked scuppers
